Feeling Lost Abroad?
Let’s Rebuild Your Confidence & Direction
Coaching for U.S. citizens living in Brazil who are navigating culture shock, identity shifts, isolation, or lack of structure.
What is this coaching about?
Living abroad can be freeing, but it can also be destabilizing. Whether you moved to escape burnout, explore a new identity, or simply start over, adjusting to a new country comes with emotional and psychological challenges most people don’t talk about.
This coaching is designed specifically for U.S. expats living in Brazil who are:
Feeling disconnected or invisible
Struggling to build routine or purpose
Dealing with language and cultural frustrations
Experiencing waves of grief or loneliness
As a Harvard-trained psychologist and fellow expat, I offer a space where you can process, rebuild, and re-anchor—without needing to pathologize your experience.
What to Expect?
This is not therapy. It’s structured, insight-driven support that meets you where you are. Sessions are conducted virtually and tailored to your current needs and goals.
You’ll gain:
Strategies to navigate cultural adjustment and emotional overwhelm
Tools to rebuild confidence, structure, and community
Coaching from someone who understands both the psychology and the lived experience of expat/immigrant life
Is this for you?
This coaching is ideal for you if:
You’re a U.S. citizen currently living in Brazil
You’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward
You want culturally sensitive support without medicalizing your experience
You’re ready to do the inner work of finding home within yourself
